Hey everybody!
Welcome to our blog.
Reading this, you can maybe feel like you are on this trip with us!
I know, its exciting right.
Knowing our dad, you should know that EVERYTHING is planned, almost to the dot. (i don't really know what that means, it just seemed to work with my exaggeration =])
On the 1st of July we leave the beautiful Alice Springs (=[ in between 5-6am) and make our way to Brisbane in our little Subie (dad's pride and joy).
On the 5th of July we fly out of Brisbane at 9.45pm and then we arrive at Kula Lumpur 5.45am!
After 17 HOURS of waiting, looking, shopping and maybe even sleeping, we get on another plane in Kula Lumpur at 11.35pm.
(Come on Kirsty, all day-er and night-er haha)
On the 6th of July we arrive in FRANCE at the Charles De Gaelle airport at an amazing 6.40am. (yawnnn)
After finding our way out of the airport and to the right carpark we pick up our lease car and drive to Beordoux to our first house swap. ( it has a FIREPOLE from the top to the bottom floor!!!! )
On the 12th of July, using our faithful little lease car, we drive to Barcelona, Spain!!! ( are you jealous yet ;) )
On the 15th of July we slowly make our way back to Beordoux, taking the scenic route of course.
On the 20th of July we visit our dear friend Noamie in PARIS! and then sadly leave Paris on the 27th of July for our next adventure!
On the 1st of August we go to our 2nd house swap in Brittany! ( it has a spiral staircase!!!! ) We then leave that beautiful house on the 9th of August and make our way to the train station.
On the 10th of August we go on the Eurostar tunnel train to London! ( i'm pretty sure we get to go under the water! too bad there are no windows in the tunnel.... haha )
On the 14th of August we end our wonderfilled trip in Europe and fly back to Brisbane and get ready for our not so long adventure on the ocean.
On the 28th August we begin our last adventure in a yacht charter in the Whitsundays with some close and wonderful family friends.
We then eventually end our whole trip, and seeing as we are in no hurry, SLOWLY make our way back to our "Welcome Home" in Alice.
